Renter Responsibility
- Payment for facility must be paid in advance of the St. Kitts Co-operative Credit Union Ltd.
- During the stipulated period of use, the equipment and facility is solely the renter’s responsibility. Should any damages occur, there will be a charge for repairs/replacement at market value.
- Surroundings should be kept clean. Where the facility is left untidy, a clean charge may apply
- All decorations, charts, labels, and any other accessories used should be removed at the end of the use period.
- Cancellation or postponement notice at least three (3) days in advance of the event is requested. Failure to notify SKCU of cancellation or postponement within three (3) days in advance will force a forfeit of one’s payment.
- An Interest rate of 1% daily will be charged for bill overdue by 30 days.
