Requirements
- Application form
- Two (2) valid photo ID’s for each signatory
- Valid Business License
- Proof of Address not older than 90 days for each person signing on the account (Utility Bill/Bank Statement/Lease Agreement)
- Entrance Fee of $11.70
- Minimum deposit of $100.00
- A minimum of $100 shares
- A letter stating the name in which the account is to be held, the nature and purpose of the business account, the names of persons who would be signatories to the account, the expected level of deposits on the account monthly and the intended signing authority. The letter should also include the physical or mailing address of the business and should be signed by all parties who would be signing on the account.
